The XINZUO B46W Jiang Chef’s Knife is a versatile all-round kitchen knife designed for everyday chopping, slicing, dicing and mincing. Its 8.3-inch blade provides a good balance of cutting space and control, making it suitable for preparing vegetables, meat, fish and other ingredients.
The blade is crafted from 67 layers of Japanese AUS-10 Damascus steel and hardened to approximately 58–62 HRC. Sharpened to a 15° edge angle, it provides a fine, sharp cutting edge while retaining the durability needed for regular kitchen use.
The 57mm tall blade gives plenty of surface area for comfortable chopping and slicing, while the balanced design makes the knife easy to handle during longer food preparation sessions.
The handle combines black walnut wood with synthetic ox bone, providing a comfortable grip and distinctive appearance. At approximately 219g, it has enough weight for controlled chopping without feeling overly heavy.
Whether you’re chopping vegetables, slicing meat or preparing ingredients for a home-cooked meal, the XINZUO B46W Jiang Chef’s Knife is designed to be an everyday workhorse in the kitchen.
