Return Policy:

For all purchases from XINZUO NZ, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the items before initiating a return. Items must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. Knives showing signs of use, sharpening, or honing will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please note that slight discrepancies may exist between the product images on our website and the actual items. As such, we typically do not exchange or refund knives for minor visual differences.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning items, which must be securely packed to prevent damage. Please provide us with the tracking number for the return parcel.

Please be aware that we do not replace knives with blade chips, broken tips, or signs of tarnishing or rust.
